We act for businesses, developers and private individuals in relation to Party Wall matters, representing both Building Owners (BO’s) and Adjoining Owners (AO’s).
When carrying out building work affecting a party wall or boundary, failure to follow correct procedures, as laid down in The Party Wall etc Act 1996, can result in a liability to avoidable costs. We can advise on these matters, and if necessary, issue Party Wall Notices, provide Schedules of Condition, and create Awards as appropriate.
